Hello,
I am working out 5x a week and not been able to gain size.
I have been working out and gaining strength, lifting heavier than before but not seeing physical difference.
Any reason why ??

Strength can come from CNS adaption and not muscle gain especially in the early stages of training especially if you're also trying to lose fat at the same time
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

Getting stronger won't necessarly equal muscle gain.
The protocol you do would have an effect as well as proper diet and rest/recovery.
Usually hypertrophy requires an intense stimulus to the working area to inhibit muscle growth.
Strength training low reps, longer rest really hits the nervous system more but can cause some hypertrophy it's just not the most efficient way.
Post your training protocol and diet for some more answers to your question.
