Here's some good film I've watched again recently.
A Walk Among Tombstones - Liam Neeson stars as a private detective who tries to help a drug dealer find out who killed his wife. He soon finds himself involved with a duo of serial killers who are involved with a series of kidnappings for ransom. Good drama and thriller. Probably Liam Neeson's best recent film outside of Taken.
Appaloosa - If you love westerns, you'll love this. Viggo Mortenson and Ed Harris are gunhands who become the new law in a town overtaken by a ruthless outlaw and his gang. Realistic gun fights and great performances all around by Viggo, Harris, Lance Henrikson, and Jeremy Irons.
Unstoppable - This is really one of those good thrilling disaster movies. Denzel Washington and Chris Pine work for the rail road and decide to help stop a runaway train from derailing in a populated area. Just really love the performances from Denzel Washington and Chris Pine here. Good chemistry. Kind of cheesy in some parts, but it works. Also directed by a legendary director in Tony Scott.
Out Of The Furnace - Man, I forgot how good this film was. Christian Bale tries to find out what happened to his brother, Casey Affleck, after he disappears from a bare knuckle fight. Gritty revenge film. Christian Bale is awesome as usual. Woody Harrelson as the inbred crime boss is scary as ****. Watch it. Awesome soundtrack as well.

Pocket Full of Miracles
This is an older film from the early 1960s, Dave the Dude is a wealthy bootlegger who financially supports a poor older woman named Apple Annie who makes a living selling apples. Dave believes that by buying these apples and giving Annie enough cash to live on, the apples will bring him good luck.
Apple Annie has a daughter in Spain who becomes engaged to Spanish royalty. The daughter thinks Apple Annie is a wealthy socialite, when in reality she is one step above being a street beggar. Dave the Dude engineers a scheme to make it appear that Annie is a wealthy socialite when her daughter and royal fiancé come to New York to visit.Amateur Comic Book Artist. I'm always amazed when I hear somebody has never watched True Romance. Written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott. Has a stellar cast of Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette, when they were popular, Gary Oldman, Brad Pitt, James Gandolfini, Christoper Walken, Val Kilmer, Dennis Hopper, Sam Jackson and others.
Oh, man, that scene between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper is worth the price of admission alone. If you're into action/thrillers, just watch it.

The Man Who Would be King
Many will know it but a lot of millennials wont, having been brought up on Marvel.
Connery and Caine in their prime as army officers who take over a Himalayan kingdom. Directed by John Huston they both said it was their favourite, given how many films they have between them that is saying something.
