    You're over thinking it.

Get on a consistent lifting schedule and routine. Work out hard

Eat healthy. Drink a lot of water.

    In a few weeks reevaluate.

Like i said, you're basically underweight. You shouldn't be focusing on losing fat

how are you going to lose fat anyway when you're that close to being underweight? you need to gain some muscle first

besides, your body fat percentage goes down if you can build some muscle on maintenance

I agree with all of the above but give it 3 months. One month is not enough time to make a noticeable difference.

Yes. You're skinny fat. If you lose more weight. You're going to look the same, but smaller.

You're not going to lose 10lbs and be shredded. Because you simply have zero muscle mass.

you don’t need to lose any fat or weight. If you want to be toned, you have to build muscle. To build muscle you need to eat. If you just lose more weight, it’s not going to be what you like. You won’t look leaner, just your bones will stick out and your bum and chest will be flat, empty and saggy/loose skin

Firstly, you look great, probably better than 95% of women your age.

Secondly, you're not skinny-fat - maybe a little skinny, but not remotely fat. If you're not happy with your body now, the best course would be to focus on building muscle in a small surplus - maybe 100-150 calories over maintenance. A little fat gained will be worth it - you can just diet it off later once you're happier with your level of lean mass. You may be too lean to recomp effectively.

OP your post history suggests that you have a habit of not following advice you are given, and circling back around here every year with virtually zero change.

You need a solid workout program and nutrition plan and you need to stick with that plan, otherwise you'll just be back here again next year with the same type of thread.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Oh I deleted my images on my old posts but I have made lots of changes so you're wrong! I use to be very very skinny, I was anorexic and severely underweight back then. I build some muscle over the years but unfortunately this year I fell out of track and now im back here.

People with the genetics for anorexia should not be looking to diet and lose fat, especially those who are already too thin
