Used to be 155lbs. Fast forward many years - ate whatever the fuk I wanted and when I wanted and over about 10 yrs got to 200+lbs.
Couple yrs ago woke the fuk up and went downs to 158lbs bulked back up 170lbs and not cutting again.
I’m thinking - why the fuk continue cutting and bulking? What would happen if I just worked out (I love working out) and ate whatever the fuk I wanted just make sure I get enough protien.
What type of a body composition would one get? Let’s say eating enough calories to get to and stay at 185lbs abs 5ft 8inches (can EASILY do this if I stay off creamer and sugar in coffee and non-diet soda and limit super greasy or deep fried food). What type of a physique would one end up with provided enough protein is being consumed?

Don’t really care about shredded cuz with a shirt on at 5ft 8in I’ll look skinny as fuk. 5ft 10in plus would’ve been different maybe.
I don’t care too much about fat percentage as long as I look muscular. I’m currently 20% bodyfat maybe 22% and starting to finally build some muscle.

I bit the bullet. I’m gonna log my food once daily and I don’t give a fuk how much I eat. I’m gonna eat to my hunger.
I’m gonna concentrate on getting stronger for now...feels like I’m cheating and guilty for not logging food for 1.5 days.
To celebrate the end of my trying to restrict or indulge calories, I Had
- a huge ass slice of cake night before last.
- two bags of Cheetos yesterday
- five slices of a medium home made pizza for dinner yesterday
- two donuts also last night
I’m gonna keep my choices less greasy and on the healthier side like fruits and veggies and just try to get stronger...

I don’t eat like post #11 all the time. That was just to get it out my system that I resisted for so long
So one should go on a broccoli eggs and chicken diet?
I was not eating processed junky food.
Most processed food was I guess Dave’s killer bread or any other bread. Besides that veggies, fruits, eggs, chicken, lean beef. Protien shake only if I didn’t get enough protien for the day and I was out of Chicken
Lift don’t seem to get lighter. I got 215x5 deadlift a while back. Reset 10%. And failed at 210x4 on Friday. Fuk this chit. Why did I fail? Was it cuz I was working and stressed about paying huge work related bills right before my workout? I would’ve been fine if I had gotten to atleast 225x4. But lifts not getting any easier me eating deficit or surplus is pure bullchit

Who said 10 yrs? I’ve been worming out for 2 yrs. and took maybe 2 months off about 6 months after starting. Let’s say 1.5yrs
Don’t think I got low T. Also I really hope I’m not maxed out at 210 deadlift. Lmfao that would suck Major ass and embarrassing.
I’m probably doing something wrong. And I’m not gonna deprive myself while trying to correct it.
So get stronger first. Get that muscle. Then I can always go on a 4 or 5 month cut.
