i wanna make clear that I used to be fat and dropped like 20lbs without lifting.
is it loose skin that im dealing with or just stubborn fat?

You have a good base, but at this point I would say your body fat is too high to be bulking. It will just end up being more fat to lose later on. Ideally you should aim to get as lean as possible before bulking. It's a lot easier to keep your bodyfat in check that way.
I don't think you have a lose skin issue either, just BF%6'1 - 240lbs

If strength is your goal that's fine...... nothing wrong with training for size/strength. But if aesthetics and abs are your goal it all comes down to body fat. You seem new enough to be able to get newbie gains still, but naturally you don't be gaining size/strength and dropping body fat for long.
Also bulking is not going to help your abs.6'1 - 240lbs

Yes. You don't need to get competition shredded, but you should get to the point that your abs are visible.
You might - but bulking while already at a higher bodyfat never goes well for a natural lifter. Believe me, I have been there. Get yourself in good conditioning, and then focus on adding clean size.6'1 - 240lbs
