    belly looks TERRIBLE! rate my delts, arms

    i wanna make clear that I used to be fat and dropped like 20lbs without lifting.
    is it loose skin that im dealing with or just stubborn fat?

    You look really good, better arms and delts than most guys, try intermittent fasting to lose that belly fat. It's not as hard as it sounds and you'll hang onto your muscle better than a fad diet.

    im bulking at the moment eating around 3200cal. idk if intermittent fasting could help me with that amount of food to consume

    You have a good base, but at this point I would say your body fat is too high to be bulking. It will just end up being more fat to lose later on. Ideally you should aim to get as lean as possible before bulking. It's a lot easier to keep your bodyfat in check that way.

    I don't think you have a lose skin issue either, just BF%

    i wanna get way stronger. i bench like 175 for 5x5 (3min rest in between)
    i just started deadlifting and squatting again due to some issues that i had.
    one MAJOR reason that i wanna keep bulking is that i wanna bring up my abs which is my weakest point

    If strength is your goal that's fine...... nothing wrong with training for size/strength. But if aesthetics and abs are your goal it all comes down to body fat. You seem new enough to be able to get newbie gains still, but naturally you don't be gaining size/strength and dropping body fat for long.

    Also bulking is not going to help your abs.

    Pick one, cause you cant do both of them as a natty

    Just be aware that to get really defined abs you almost have to hot Auschwitz level of bodyfat/weight as a natty.

    Yes. You don't need to get competition shredded, but you should get to the point that your abs are visible.

    You're rear delts look to be lagging and you'll never have the full capped look without developing them.

    Medial and long head of triceps needs work too.

    which exercise you like for the medial? for triceps i usually do cgbp, db skullcrashers, dips and rope cable extensions
