Personally I don't care whether you even exist.
I just don't like it when someone (like yourself) offers terrible advice to people on this forum and the mess that you're recommending to the OP looks like someone took the worst parts of Scientology and combined it with an Herbalife supplement system.Last edited by Luclin999; 02-25-2021 at 07:03 PM.

You're aware you derail every thread you participate in right? Every time you get challenged you just start arguing and making nonsensical one liners. If you want to make a point and have a debate then try making actual points. We are all very much aware from your other threads that you take everything Poliquin said and did as absolute fact but when presented with counter material your only retort is to insult, argue or saying something along the lines of " he was better/smarter than all of us so who are we to argue." No ones getting angry or upset over your comments, you're just ruining threads.

Not arguing, posted something for the OP read carefully please. Suggested he research via google first.
A few of the lads began bashing my suggestion (which is credible btw) however believe their information provided is etched in stone fact (itโs not if there are hormonal issues involved).
This is why I donโt debate and instead react accordingly.

Heres a comprehensive review
https://mennohenselmans.com/biosigna...y-weight-loss/
Some highlights in conclusions:
The scientific research differs greatly from Poliquinโs BioSignature Modulation, where every hormone has a different square inch of body space where it supposedly directs all fat storage. BioSignature doesnโt take into account the large gender differences in the hormonal effects of testosterone, estrogen and progesterone โ the latter isnโt taken into account in the first place. Nor does BioSignature Modulation consider the strong interaction effects between all the hormones at play.
Being fat is unhealthy and unaesthetic. Weight loss is the solution. Itโs that simple. But that truth is not sexy, cannot be marketed. People want to pinpoint something specific as the cause of their weight, not get told they have to eat less. People want to hear thereโs a new program with a great story and (pseudo) scientific techniques that will make everything better without going on a traditional diet. If this program so happens to sell a ton of supplements along with it, all the better. Success in a pill is always easier to swallow than the hard truth.
Let this be the simple message of a complex story. Be realistic about your body and donโt be deceived by marketing and sales pitches. You donโt need to buy a truckload of supplements to look great and be healthy. If you have genuine cause to believe you have a hormonal imbalance, have blood work done. If you want help in reaching your fitness goals, hire a personal trainer who knows what heโs talking about instead of a brainwashed Poliquin disciple that fills in your skinfold readings in a piece of software that spits out a generic program and a grocery list of supplements. Base your fitness program on real science instead of a fairy tale and your dream physique will become a reality.

Hence me stating originally research FIRST to draw your own conclusions.
When someone replies to me directly and isnโt a fan of information provided theyโre free to have a discussion. If they take the route of insults, Iโll reply accordingly.
So to the original poster, yes look into biosignature and research on google. If theyโre not interested no biggie move forward.

No one really insulted you right away, they said not to waste money on a BS scam. Which based on the review I just posted, is exactly what it is. You were the first one to insult Luclin and then insulted Adam, neither of who insulted you but rather challenged your post/idea. So once again, you're derailing threads and can't have a conversation or a debate.

where did you post the review?
That program tells you to buy 600 dollars of their recommended supplements a month and spend 200 dollars an hour for an online couch certified by them pushing the idea that
โa fitness program that claims is able to spot-reduce fat, rid the body of toxins, and cleanse it entirely through a special diet and training regimen.โ

I forgot to mention that I use MyFitnessPal to track calories I eat and calories I burn.
When I input my cardio into the app, it says I burn 461 calories. I do the elliptical for 30 minutes. Stead state cardio. My average BPM is around 155. The calories reportedly burned seems a bit high to me. What do you guys think?
I do cardio 3 days a week. Do you see anything wrong with this regimen? Should I do more? I also do full body weight lifting workouts 3 days a week (MWF).

if you look at my posts ANYWHERE on here as far as pointers it is all quality content. once someone attacks i counter, nothing more. i have an optimistic view on anything related to improving ones success in any area of their lives. not sure what you're trying to prove but it's failing miserably.
