    Not arguing, posted something for the OP read carefully please. Suggested he research via google first.

    A few of the lads began bashing my suggestion (which is credible btw) however believe their information provided is etched in stone fact (itโ€™s not if there are hormonal issues involved).

    I forgot to mention that I use MyFitnessPal to track calories I eat and calories I burn.

    When I input my cardio into the app, it says I burn 461 calories. I do the elliptical for 30 minutes. Stead state cardio. My average BPM is around 155. The calories reportedly burned seems a bit high to me. What do you guys think?

    I do cardio 3 days a week. Do you see anything wrong with this regimen? Should I do more? I also do full body weight lifting workouts 3 days a week (MWF).

    Don't bother tracking calories burned from exercise and don't eat those calories back - that just complicates matters, not to mention that it's likely to be highly inaccurate. That amount of cardio sounds more than adequate, you just need to focus on accurate tracking and keeping in a deficit.

    But op, you are right, 30 minutes on the elliptical isnโ€™t burning 461 Unless you are going very fast at a very high resistance
