Currently on creatine and whey protein two shakes a day, is that the right stuff whilst cutting?

Like gaining mass during a cut or preserving it?
Gaining mass isn't going to happen. Hypertrophy and weight loss have two different caloric needs. Preserving it is done primarily by keeping your deficit to TDEE slight and meeting your macros within that caloric goal."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

F95 forskolin. Surprised it doesn't get any love anymore.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Lol I’m not big Steve
You can cry to the mods all you want
If you’re up for it we can have a forum challenge, see what kind of shape we’re both in today or maybe even a 6 week challenge to give you time to prepare.
If your advice you give on here is legit and works I’ll believe it since the results will speak for themselves.
You already have an age advantage.
Wanna try it or just keep talking?

Da fuq are you going on about? Has nothing to do with practicing what you preach. We already know you lack the ability to comprehend what you read, but this is getting ridiculous. N=1 doesn't mean anything, but hey, we can keep going on and on about how people cry to the mods when you cried to the mods when you got negged...lol.

So anyone who doesn't agree with your approach has to be me? Or are people starting to realize you don't know what you're talking about
I've been doing this long enough and I do believe I figured out what works for me when it come to building muscle, cutting, dieting and supplementation
BCAAs have never done me wrong, even during my cuts taking in 1200 calories a days I still managed to maintain muscle with higher amounts of aminos/protein in my systemLast edited by TheFugitive; 03-04-2021 at 07:27 AM.
