I've been doing this long enough and I do believe I figured out what works for me when it come to building muscle, cutting, dieting and supplementation

BCAAs have never done me wrong, even during my cuts taking in 1200 calories a days I still managed to maintain muscle with higher amounts of aminos/protein in my system

Honestly, I would not be taking the shakes just creatine. You can get the protein more wisely and save the calories from the shakes.
