I'm 21, 5'5 with an average body. Currently lifting 5kg dumbbell per arm. Question is, is it necessary to feel pain in each exercise form? I'm only doing 1 set per form and then proceed to the next.
I'm Doing this every morning before work and at night after work. 2 day workout then rest on the 3rd day then proceed again.
