Hey, i need to ask something. I never used Omega3 supplement. I eat fish (sardines) like 2-3x per week. I want to ask if its enough, or not and i should use omega 3 supplement, and if omega3 supplement is really benefical for health/fitness, or if its just "placebo". Thanks

If you already eat sardines 2-3x/week, I'd imagine you're fine in terms of omega 3s. I've started taking a daily fish oil supplement because I rarely eat fish, and (anecdotally, and very possibly due to placebo) it seems to have reduced some joint pain I'd been having from running.
