The hierarchy is an illusion. We are all different. Take pride in your own life and doing the best you can. Forget other ppl. There is almost always gonna be someone smarter, richer, taller, better looking, stronger, etc. And a lot of ppl will take whatever shortcuts they can to get there too. You can keep being wrapped up in the rat race or just learn to accept yourself which is way harder. At the end of the day, none of the parasites whose love, validation, or respect you seek will be there when you face the challenges of life. You're your only real ally. Also, the richest, strongest, most aesthetic dude could randomly get hit by a car and lose everything. There is no permanency in life. What? Nobody is telling young men/teens what they NEED to look like. People want to look a certain way and sometimes that will require some ‘extracurriculars’. It’s up to the individual to decide if looking that way is worth it to them. Also who cares during the shutdown because I am natty now I drank like 6 nights a week and basically had no weights and more or less look the same as I do in my AV but I bulked 10lbs so abs are less defined

When I was on tech the second time back in the day I broke my hand and lost a lot of strength and size in the 8 weeks I was recovering and basically using bands to workout with.

All in all I want to cycle again but I most likely will not. I’m 32 years old soon and If I attract a wife I want to attract her as I look now I’m happy with the slow progress.

Because I have lifted for so many years I have a good base and size so I can cut down to 195 and look good

The way I see it after 30 if your single as long as your not bloatmaxxing you should do okay with the ladies as long as your not twinkish

I will never bulk more than 15 lbs ever again

End goal is lean 215. Should get there by age 36 hopefully married by then and I’ll just maintain

I trained natural for like 8+ years. I get it. It sucks grinding day in and day out. Then some 18-19 year old shows up in the gym, immediately starts juicing, and within about 18-24 months has a physique that will mog yours. Especially if they have good genetics on top of that. At a certain point you need to accept you're either going to be 'natural' with a sub-par physique. Or take it to the next level.



At a certain point I decided I don't want to be 'natural'. I don't want a physique that's 'naturally obtainable.' I've been training 14 years and am in my 30s now. It was time for me to step my game up. When I look in the mirror, whether I'm in clothes or not, I want to look like I've been training for nearly a decade and a half.

I feel it’s unfortunate that they can’t be honest cause if they were they’d lose their sponsorships and income. That pressure comes from the companies though. Selling bullchit programs is inexcusable but is in no way symptomatic of or exclusive to cyclers. Many nattys and even women peddle crap. Anyone who pursues fitness long enough to even approach their goal body will quickly realize the reality of the industry, even if they’re young and naive.

My problem with the video is that he seems legitimately angry about this on a personal level, and it really just comes off as him being envious of people with better physiques because he’s just not willing do what it takes to get there, but others are. It’s a childish attitude.
