Yea here in main cities of Canada average income is 63k, while in usa the same incomes for that job is 90k. That 63k Cad is probably around 45+k USD yet houses in here are over 1m for old garbage ones, yet same place in USA where you make 90k, you can find a house with a swimming pool for 300-400k...
