One wonders what this Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent.

States are responsible for creating their own election guidelines for elections, including federal. Ballots almost always include local/state/national elections on the same ballot anyways.


Don’t like it? Pass a constitutional amendment to set up a federally mandated guideline system. The remedy for what is legal in the Pennsylvania election system resides with the state’s Supreme Court.

This is the case with this PA election lawsuit, Clarence has a little partisan swing in him to “interpret” the constitution. All of the liberal justices are a lock to “interpret” in favor of leftist ideas. The other right judges are just unreliable flavor of the day people carefully crafting themselves to avoid anything mildly controversial.

This is why the right loses, there side is more interested in ideologies and standards from the 1800s then actually protecting their practical interests. Left justices are laughing at them while upholding all their ideas that have nothing to do with the constitution

Unverified and unverifiable mass mail-in voting is not a valid election process and the 'results' and government created from it are illegitimate. It allows mass ballot harvesting in communities controlled by gangs, cartels, mafias, and similar organized crime syndicates and disenfranchises communities not controlled by such groups. Many countries have rightfully banned it for that reason.

The courts are the last line of defense to get a legitimately-elected representative democracy back.

If that fails then either forceful civil conflict up to and including all-out civil or revolutionary war, or dissolution of the union as an alternative to that becomes very likely.

These baseless investigation are not meant to prove baseless allegations, they serve to erode public trust of the President and hopefully, entrap him.
