Me: 526.2 pg/ml
T3

Also reduced my triglycerides from 250 to 90. Normal range was 150.
Only one issue...
Estradiol (Estrogen)

Just gotta take more of my estrogen blocker which I did immediately.
But goddamn I feel good now that my doctor set me in the right direction. And I wasn’t cheating or taking more than I was prescribed. Must be that pharma grade quality sh!t.
I don’t give a damn that I’m only 31 and gonna be on this for life. I haven’t felt this good in years.

I’m on keto and intermittent fasting and avoid soy like the plague
I know it increases red blood cell count and thickens the blood but I’ll take that risk. 5 years of working night shifts for 64 hours a week really messed my body up and I feel like I have my life back.
I’ll donate blood regularly since it’s good to do that on TRT.

Yes I am. I have my sperm freezing kit in my garage fridge I still gotta send in. Just an insurance policy in case I want kids. Should’ve done that before even starting several months ago. I think I’m gonna go on and off of HCG because idk how good it is to run it constantly. Any suggestions?
My LDL cholesterol went down a lot but my HDL also went down which isn’t good. Guess I need to eat more fish?

I think my hardcore bicycle rides in my early twenties combined with 5 years of night shifts really wreaked havoc on my body/hormones. I bounced back initially but then there was a drop off a year into working nights.
And I just had a major hair transplant done with 3,168 grafts and I refuse to take propecia/finasteride so my DHT levels are gonna soar and I’ll probably need another transplant sooner than I expected. But fuk it. I’m on the Ferrari of growth hormones as well which is said to increase hair growth. I feel like a fukking god.
My regular doctor wanted to put me on anti-depressants/SSRI’s and I outright refused. I wanna wave these results in his face and say “yea I did things my way and I’ve never felt better.” Lol.

Only been on for 3 months. But the growth hormone (Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin) will help
With collagen production/synthesis.
The rogaine is what aged my face so I stopped it. It eats away at the collagen too. Now I just do PRP and bought that Low Level Laser Helmet/Hat that increases blood circulation to the scalp.
Also on 3mg daily Cialis for hair loss because it’s a vasodilator. With my test levels sky high, I don’t need it to get hard at all. Although that’ll probably increase even more now.

I got depressed very gradually. I wasn’t as interested in sex as I had always been. I had developed these bouts of anger that came out of nowhere and over the tiniest of things. Like one day I made myself a nice dinner to bring to work. I put it on the passenger seat. I stopped short at a red light and it launched forward all over the floor. I had to pull over because I had a meltdown and basically a bout of Tourette’s. Same thing happened when I misplaced items or dropped something. I never used to be like that. My urologist checked my test levels and I was in the 400’s for total test. He basically said “Yea you’re good” so I found a legit online doctor who thought otherwise.
My general sense of well being and overall happiness has improved dramatically. In the gym I feel phenomenal and can throw around heavier and heavier weights. The pumps are much more intense. My sex drive is through the roof but I’m not hopping back on tinder anytime soon. I feel as horny as I felt when I was 16 and had random boners all the time.
I was legit suicidal and refused to go on antidepressants so I couldn’t care less that I have to stay on this stuff for life. To me it’s 100% okay. I’m alive and happy. For the most part.

night shift work is a silent killer dead fkn srs. I did 2 weeks of it when I was in my early 20s and was already feeling really weird, started getting adult acne just after 2 weeks. noped the fk out, knew I never wanted to live this lifestyle.
My dad worked nightshift all his life and his brain is fried. Sometimes it's hard just to have a conversation with him feelsbadman.super straight crew

All of the above, man. But I’m also on thyroid hormone therapy and human growth hormone. But I’m pretty sure the positive effects are from the testosterone mostly. And this is only like 1/4th of the dose I took in my twenties. I don’t wanna be that big anyways. I used to back in the day. But now I just wanna be lean and low body fat.

Yea my circadian rhythm is fried but the rare times I take a vacation I’m able to adjust after a few days.
Really glad I reduced my triglyceride level from a whopping 250 down to 90. Since you shouldn’t be over 150, i got really concerned. And you can’t just decrease triglycerides like you can with blood sugar. It doesn’t fluctuate nearly as much. So in three months I drastically improved on that.

It’s really unhealthy to fuk with your circadian rhythm. Google it. When I’d drive home in the morning I’d be tired, but the other side of my brain is like “alright dude it’s daytime....why you going to sleep, phaggot?” I rely on over the counter sleeping pills and sometimes benzos. The growth hormone is helping with putting me into a deeper sleep which is great. The doctor told me that was a positive effect.

agree bro. I notice I shed more hair if I start going to bed after 12am too often. Did your hair issues start when you did worked nights?
all I know I feel 100x better when I go to bed at 10pm and wake up with the sun. A lot of ppl claim it's bs, "just get 8hrs of sleep" or "just sleep in a dark room". Nah your body knows wassup, you need to sleep at NIGHTsuper straight crew

Yes as a matter of fact my hair did start to thin/bald when I started my night shifts. Part of me wonders what percentage that contributed to it. Could be 5%, could be 80%. Either way I got my major hair transplant performed and in another 8 months I should see the full results. And I’ll get the second transplant whenever it’s time to do so.
I get plenty of vitamin D in the summer when I put my boat in the water, but have to wear a hat to protect my transplant from UV rays. Supplement with vitamin D pills and spray in the other three seasons.

Honestly I really don’t care. As I said I was legit suicidal and I care far more about the quality of my life than the quantity of racking up miserable years of existence.
I’ll be in great shape, both lifting and cardiovascular. And my diet is clean as hell. So I reckon I’ll be a lot healthier than most dudes who eat crap food and sugar all day and don’t even workout.
Even a lot of the top bodybuilders are doing relatively okay considering the amount of gear they’ve taken. You’d think they wouldn’t make it past 30-40 years old with the stacks they’ve been on.

Look man I’m not gonna argue about this. I had an unrelated doctors appointment a week ago and my blood pressure was fine. I already had the testosterone coursing through my veins at that point. I don’t think you’re concerned about my well being. Sounds like you’re just talking sh!t.
Yes, I didn’t like what my urologist said so I went out and found a TRT-friendly doctor. So what? I know the risks and this is how I wanna live my life.
