Was there 3 years ago. Still a beautiful place with beautiful architecture, at the center of it is what you would picture Paris to look like. People speaking french and French men and women dressed up like they came straight out of a vogue magazine shoot.

I also stayed in the downtime area, which was a lot more multi-cultural, much like London.
