Starting my journey from 337.4 lbs to 220lbs! Let's Go!

Hello friends, my name is Trevor from Canada and I am currently 337.4 lbs and I have a goal weight of 220 lbs.
I haven't been below 300 since my teens and I'm 33 now. it's now or never.
I'm not a social media savant, I don't post daily updates but I decided to document my journey so I can look back someday when I need that bit of motivation to keep me going. Plus, I'm fairly certain that I'm not the only one out there that is trying to better themselves in regards to fitness and health so I hope to make a couple friends along the way!

    My current Stats:
    Hight: 6'2"
    Weight: 337.4 lbs
    Body Fat: 49.8 %
    BMI: 30

Tomorrow I'm not doing anything drastic. my current plan for the next two weeks is to eat a balanced breakfast over the next two weeks to introduce consistency to my body. I will add the workouts and supplements later once my trainer recommends it. We are starting with baby steps, My trainer doesn't sell microwaves, he sells slow cookers!

Below are some pictures of where I'm starting from. (The horror!)

Big ups on deciding to make a change. It's never too late.

Diet is a great place to start. I did the same thing and slowly added exercise back into my lifestyle. I look forward to seeing your progress.
I want to look straight down and see my toes.

Good luck mate. I started to lose fat back in July last year. I’ve lost 50 pounds. My advice is walk 10000 steps each day if u can. Lift 3 x a week if u can. Don’t forget keep in a deficit and keep protein intake high. Not sure what grams u would need but I am on 175g protein daily with 2300 calories. I’ve dropped 7.5 inches of my waist too. Good luck
