So if the best replacement for a competent white male is another competent white male then that person should be over looked in favor of somebody of a different race but lesser overall quality as it relates to the job in question? If so why? In all honesty such a policy would more than likely lead to an over representation of Asian males in higher up positions which is no good as well as liberals hate Asian men just as much as white men.
