I always kept my girls busy doing things that I thought they would enjoy. I would make them cook and bake with me, play board games, draw/color, all kinds of crafts, take them outdoors to build snowman, make snow angels in the winter and jump through puddles during the rain. I would help them pick out outfits for school days and teach them how to do makeup without looking like a clown.

I miss those days but I have grand daughters now so I continue the trend with them.

Im going to teach her about her culture, traditions, motorcycles, guns, all the stuff that was important to me. So she can have that knowledge of who she is and where she comes from. Hopefully I can take her to Italy & Ireland one day and show her where her ancestors come from. I'll also tell her the truth, "behave like xyz and men will think xyz of you".
