How can I shed fast? Help

Hi guys I'm looking to shed a ton of body fat, I have been lifting three times a week, on high protein diet and little calories but I've gained 8ib in two weeks, however I do put that down to creatine giving me water weight as I don't look any fatter since starting it.

I have the muscle, but my body fat overshadows that gain I've done, I want to lose the fat as fast as possible so I can then build muscle again without the fat.

I'm not experienced at all, I lift weights, have 250g of protein a day, do I cut the carbs out? I have rice everyday with veg, chicken, salmon, etc

How often should I exercise, do I add cardio? Should I eat a certain amount of calories. I'm currently 13 stone 12

Any help would be great thanks.

cut down on your protein intake a bit... that's way more than you need. cardio is good for general health but not needed for fat loss

lift weights and be in a 500 calorie deficit, that's about as simple as it gets

OP, stop trying to do everything "fast". Your only other thread was
"Thread: I want a safe supplement that will help muscle gain fast".

Try to put on muscle too fast and you gain too much fat. Try to cut fat fast and you're risking losing too much muscle. There's nothing 'fast' in bodybuilding. ;-)

I suggest you go back 1 page and read the "Don't Look Past the Basics" sticky at the top of the forum. Read the first post in that link and read all the links that it references, especially the Nutrition portion.

As mentioned above there is NOTHING "fast" when it comes to anything to do with bodybuilding.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
