Is this like first love/the one who got away? True love?
Every now and then I see Miscers whine about their onenities.

When you don’t talk to many women so the one girl that does talk to you acts nice in any way, you assume she likes you. Then you start developing these false thoughts in your head about your lives together and how she’s perfect.
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

^ a couple of posters nailed it. I have only 1 from 2007-ish who still kicks my ass. I know better, too, but she really got under my skin back then.
The term people used to use is 'chemistry.' I felt it with her more than I ever had with a chick.
She is a News Reporter I used to work with in SoCal who was SO sweet and feminine knew how to work a guy. She looked sort of like Topanga with plump lips and big brown eyes and gorgeous hair and a nice everything and she knew it.
The little brat was basically leading me on to get the aircheck tapes since I was a Master Control Op back then.
We would record each newscast, and the reporters who wanted to build their resume reels would come in on the weekends when I was there to make copies of their stories. It was more tactful to do so when Management wasn't there.
This dingbat was always very flirty and appreciative and would bring me food and gift cards for helping her and I would tell her how good her stories were like a blue pill simp.
She is a national correspondent now and still looks amazing for being in her mid 30's, and we used to carry her reports at the old station I worked for in Nashville, so I could never get away from her. Now I look up her stories on YouTube every now and then and get them old feels.
The struggle is real...

It’s not love tho, it’s just idealizing a particular person without even knowing them that well.
It’s basically a crush, but more intense. You think about that person all the time, consider that person your perfect match, etc. More often than not, that other person doesn’t feel anything close to the same."The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."
