Hello,
I'm looking for something to help me sleep better, and as far as I can remember the Reduction PM tabs were the best ones at that, no side effect whatsoever and I felt better on them (even if not *that* much better).
What are my goals? To sleep better and stay asleep. I'm a light sleeper so anything easily wakes me up and once I'm awake I may not always be able to go back to sleep, especially if I'm annoyed to have been awaken... I also tend to spend most of my sleep in REM, not sure if that is fixable with supplements.
The l-theanine melatonin combo starts great, but it's no good long term: I don't want to depend on melatonin too much and also I can't function too well if I need to wake up before it clears my system. As for l-theanine, after taking it for a couple nights I start getting quite anxious during the day (maybe the dosage of 100-300mg I take is too much?). I think Gaba is somewhat similar to theanine.
Magnesium tends to make me more tired overtime so I'm no fan of taking it, though one type I forgot which was more of a stimulant to me so impossible to take at night.
I'm definitely not looking for anything heavy. For instance I've been prescribed Xyrem (legal GHB) and I always thought if there was a fire I'd be dead as I could not function at all... (and it had a similar issue to l-theanine, but worse 10x, anyway). Even Tylenol PM feels heavier than I'd want.

I have some EVL SleepMode and it works great. Serving is 2 capsules; I do 1 and it's more than enough.
