I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I can’t cry at real life events like the loss of family members and some pretty traumatic things that normal people would cry at but when I watch Rocky I can’t help but let emotions get the better of me lol

The movie Rocky was written by Sylvester Stallone during a time when Stallone himself was poor and homeless.
Rocky in a sense represents Stallone's own struggles.
The movie is about a guy who had no money and constantly struggled but he had a passion in Boxing and is given an opportunity of a lifetime. Same thing happened to StalloneFinancial Freedom/Passive Income Crew

When he presented the script to the company producing it didn’t they say they will buy it only if they can use a different actor and he turned them down and said he’ll only sell it if he plays Rocky? That’s what’s so great about the whole thing in my opinion. The guy doubled down and went all or nothing and ended up becoming the man he is today. Amazing real life story.
