Getting back into it, starting at 250 with a goal weight of 185 lbs

Been working out on and off for nine years, two years ago I totally fell off the train, and have been lifting on and off for a couple of weeks at a time following an anxiety disorder and just being lazy. I am aware of muscle memory and I still have knowledge about working out, cardio, fat loss, macros, a caloric deficit etc. With that said, I will be posting a picture from 2017, and today. It's time for me to get back at it, no more excuses.

Picture from 2017 (Around 180 lbs) side to side with my current physique 2021 (250 lbs):

    Starting macros are 2100 calories 58 F/ 184 P/ 210 C
    Split:
    Mon: Back & Biceps
    Tue: Chest & Triceps
Wed: Off (Will eventually add cardio here further into the cut)
    Thu: Legs & Abs
    Fri: Shoulders & Arms
    Sat: Off (same as wed)
    Sun: Off (same as wed)

Will be posting updates once a week.
