Cryo does it work?

I've been reading a ton and seeing lots of people rave about cryo after lifting or exercise.

anybody else here use or do this?

When my son was in HS 10th grade he was introduced to ice baths after football practice. It works for many people, not for all. He continued doing ice baths in college after heavy lifting after football practice and after track practice. For some injuries he would use a hot/cold treatment. So yes it does work
