I love old school photos like this. Big strong man not afraid to work. Great no nonsense clothes. Some style but ready to work. No time for nonsense video gsmes. Gardinging like a proud man, but also Never smoked marijuana in those days. Has a big bulge or "penis" and proud of it. Today's generation of men are so shy and afraid to talk to women. Meanwhile its the opposote for the women they have their boobs out at a drop of a hat.

4 Things:
1. Getting brutally strong on close grip bench press with partials, no need to go all the way down to chest, but a full lockout is required.
2. Weighted Neutral Pull Ups/Chin Ups
3. Dedicated Arm days - Skull crushers, french PRESS, close grip, preacher curls, chin ups etc.
4. Training arms is different to legs/chest etc, the bro's are right when it comes to arms, partial reps, keeping tension on the bicep, high rep pump training works the best.
