It's not an unknown substance injected by criminals and you sound like a crazy clown, but the restaurant should have worked with her and let her be in the "If your own personal health or disability prohibits you from obtaining this vaccination" category.

If she would have said..."It's an experimental vaccine that isn't approved by the FDA so I don't want to take any chances seeing as though I'm trying to get pregnant" she wouldn't have sounded so crazy and probably kept her job.

Don't think I'd want to work for a business that forced employees to get a vaccine.
