Was going to try...but then watched vid with the mess it made....no thanks
Like mentioned above, think it has most to do with insertion and bodyfat. Gotta to have low enough body fat that you are not spreading out the surface area too much, and cant have a higher insertion that leaves too much a gap. Pretty sure I could 'pop' one.RAW lifts

BH, You have a nice peak. Created by your attachment position. I dont have peaks like you. When I get lean enough, they do poke out a tad more, but not like yours.
I dont think it is a 'strength' thing. Just combination of the way your muscles attach and enough size while being lean enough. Tempted to try, but not that much.
I thought of something to try. Put egg in, then flex. When at your peak of flex rotate your wrist in pronation. (rotate hand so knuckles would turn away from you) It might bring enough bicep forward to give you that extra push. Not sure, but just guessing.RAW lifts

True story and almost too embarrassed to admit. Just for the hell of it, went in bathroom with an egg, and first time I popped it.
Then I was like....sh!t, I did not give BH a vid. So I went and grabbed another egg.
This time, it did not pop at the same point, so I started squeezing harder. It did not go, so I took off my shirt knowing it was going to make a mess.
I gave a good squeeze again, and did not go. I got to the point where I was afraid of pushing it any further because egg would go everywhere if I popped at this point.
So that was it for me. Guess I picked a good egg the first time, but I am not going to get a ladder out to clean yolk off the ceiling of what it would have taken to pop the 2nd egg
Moral of the story, only pop eggs from weak chickensRAW lifts
