Question Any advice for belly fat loss?

I have Klinefelter's syndrome which gives me belly fat amongst other things, but I am not fat anywhere else. it is very annoying.
any advice for best exercises and or to speed up metabolism as mine is currently: 1908 BMR so quite low.
    Thanks!

    Few questions.

    1. Have you had your testosterone checked?
    2. What are the levels?
    3. Has your doctor suggested medically prescribed TRT as an option? 1908 is quite low as a BMR.
    4. Can we have some more info like your age, height, weight?
    5. What are you basing your BMR number off? Medical advice or a basic calculator online?

You cannot do specific exercises to spot reduce fat, you must reduce overall fat levels.

Your doctor should really have sent you to a dietitian for this info.

low for TDEE? yes. low for BMR? no. 1900 calories burned is pretty decent for staying in bed all day. OP's TDEE could very well be 2500 and he could easily lose weight by eating 2000 calories daily

according to a calculator (yeah i know...) my BMR is around 1600

Part 1 and 2 of my comment were unrelated. I formatted the text after writing and it was grouped wrong lol

Yeah i realised after i posted that a bmr of 1900 isnt that low assuming op isnt obese or morbedly obese.

Ops disease will have metabolic effects so 1900 bmr on a calculator in actual fact could be much lower

This would be a question for your doctor as it may entail medication/treatment. If you want to burn more calories a day, increase energy expenditure.
