    I am on a program of lifting three days a week, diet is consisted of chicken, salmon, spinach, bananas, potatoes, veg, rice etc and I am on creatine and all in one anabolic muscle mass by usn

    With constant training and good nutrition, you should be able to make good gains at your age. Even taking anabolics you need those to make any progress.

    Keep being progressive with your workout, add intensity? add more poundage? (and even nutrition to back it up).

    Hypertrophy is driven by a caloric surplus to TDEE, weight training with progressive volume and getting rest.

    It's never fast and there is nothing legal that's going to make it faster by any appreciable margin.
