I only clicked on this topic because I saw the "Portrait of a *******✧" part.
Like the emoji at the end confused me.

I would look into Méharées Acqua di Profumo by L'Erbolario. It is very similar to MR, but it doesn't have the clove opening that Musc Ravaguer has. Although MR has been reformulated and I believe that the clove has been toned down in the newer batches.
I picked up my bottle around 2010 before any reformulation. On the older bottles the juice is much darker (almost amber colored) and on the newer bottles the juice is almost clear. Another difference is that the cap has been updated and has a glossy finish. Also according to reviews the scent seems to have poor longevity.

My man! My eyes zero'ed right in on those bourbons, not much of a scotch guy.
So much good juice in that picture. Eagle Rare, EC, Blantons, that delicious Russels Reserve, even that handle of AA10 star is damn good for the price.
Is that a bottle of Very Old Bartons behind the Russels? I've been looking for that a long time.

Yes! Was in Quantico, VA for a little over a year. State run retail pricing had it's perks for sure! The Old Barton was 28$?? All the others were retail too. The Blanton's 350ml was 35$ or so. AAA is where its at for sure.
I'm reaching out to more Irish/Indian whiskeys lately so using the allocated bourbons as trading fodder since most bourbons have the same rough flavor profile. Indian whiskey is beautiful! Irish is delicious.
You got me into this mess when the whiskey thread started with Evan Williams Single Barrel lol all your fault.

Lol! Man we went out for our anniversary last week and I had a 1oz pour of Blantons store pick..... damn $18. I was so salty.
I'm headed out of town next weekend on a camping trip with my buddies and always stop into this real tiny hole in the wall place near the camp site that is always packed full of goodies. It's in a real run down poverty area where people cant afford to drop $50+ on a bottle. I always clean up on Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and Eagle Rare there. You gotta try that Wild Turkey Longbranch I suggested in the whiskey thread, it's one of my favorite discoveries.

That was actually advice a liquor store owner told me, go to the most ghetto/out of place stores you can find. They sell volume of handles to local drunks and bars......so the good stuff sits because no ones gonna drop 50-200$ on some liquor but the distributors will still sell the store some high dollar stuff. That's how I found my Stagg Jr's
I'll look into the LongBranch, honestly wasn't too much of a fan of Rare Breed......but 101 I seriously enjoy.
