Do you like vanilla and incense? Then yes.

It is similar to Cologne of the Missions (which many compare to SDV), but it's more masculine. One of the best designer fragrances out there, IMO.

I only got the sample decant because I keep seeing people online compare it to my beloved Allure Homme Sport and had to find out for myself. I have 2 bottles of AHS so I am certainly familiar with it. It's maybe my most worn fragrance in terms of volume and possibly frequency too.

VPH absolutely smells like AHS in the opening. Super citrusy and bright, some sweet vanilla, powdery. You either love this type of scent or hate it (WILL). VPH and AHS are nearly identical for the first 5 minutes than VPH goes more citrus while AHS goes a more creamy direction.

The Versace is enjoyable, performance from 3 sprays is above average after 2 hours so far, but I prefer the creamier smoother direction Allure Homme Sport takes. For 95% of the people, either of these would be just fine as a daily driver.

The context was regarding your aversion to Rose fragrances, and I said rosé all dae is not really a rose dominant fragrance, and the "rosé" in the name is a reference to rosé wine and not the rose plant. The fragrance is a gourmand fragrance inspired rosé wine and the rose note is quite subtle.

I've heard people say theyre good for smelling something to fit a theme but in terms of a wearable cologne theres not many stand outs.

I'm cool with the idea of having unique smells but I don't know how much I'd want to pay if I can't wear it.
