if you're not getting enough protein in your diet you can't go wrong with supplementing with a protein powder...when i was intermittent fasting i wasn't getting enough, we're talking like 70 grams a day due to my short eating window. the whey i used helped get me to my desired level easy.

It doesn't help that BB.com doesn't care about the forums so they are never updated. The search function is and always has been a hot mess. The supplement industry is boring and stagnant. All that ever comes out is new flavors or slightly modified ingredient panels for pre-workouts. Most people look to Instagram and influencers for their info now for training/dieting. Sucks but its been dying for awhile and I can't imagine it ever bouncing back.
