    That makes sense. Even on a bike its not like one ride will blow you to mr olypmpia, unless your like Ronnie or Cbum.

    going to have to get a little more uncomfortable with cardio/eating less soon, don't look much different than when you posted your 12 weeks out, except more flat and watery.

    IDK if your body is overly stressed now from too much too soon or not enough or having too many refeeds. Something is off a little bit though based on your 12 weeks to now 8 weeks.

    i agree i think I am overeating, Something is off. I get good pumps but I havent lost much bf

    whats your diet/cardio/macros at? It is hard to tell with pumps deep in prep because i mean you can have 30g carbs and be so insulin sensitive you get a massive pump. Right now im 6 1 and about 245 and about 2% bf less 11 weeks out macros are about 450p/200c/60f, 50 min cardio, taking all the good fat burners though besides clen/ec

    2500 to 3500kcal a day 40min liss on spin bike protein 300p/500carbs/100fats

    no fat burns might start clen soon

    The thing with that is it's very important to lower the volume while keeping intensity moderate. Yes you will not get any pumps, especially being flat af, but when youre running something like that the primary goal is just to simply maintain and lose the fat. For me I went from working out 4x to just 2x a week full body workouts, short and simple. Cardio usually takes the forefront when I use it as your body will burn almost 1.5x the calories you'd normally burn. I wouldnt recommend it to naturals even though its supposedly muscle-sparing.

    Just be prepared to look flatter and smaller as if you were on a keto diet as your glycogen will be constantly depleted. I dont mind it though because i can still see daily fat loss in the mirror.
