Hi guys,
I'm doing a high protein/low carb diet. I did keto (I ate lots of saturated fat) and my blood test results don't look good so I'm switching.
My question: is it possible to eat too much unsaturated fat? Is there anything unhealthy about consuming lots of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats?
Thanks

Trans fat can be formed and more. More details: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/...ejlt.201300273
For heating it's better to use oils high in mono unsaturated fat and never go above the smoke point of course.

Guess the Sesame oil I normally use is actually pretty good with a high smoke point and man itβs tasty
Edit guess itβs just βokβ
