Work has been so much less fun lately. New Warden in January, he's OK, but he is doing 1 year acting time and 2 years as full warden then retiring. So the new Chief Deputy Warden (second to the warden) is pretty much running it since she will be the Warden most likely when he retires. She is dicking us down dry, like she has made it her mission in life to fck over staff.

Bag checks on the way in, ok that's normal. Well she is now doing pocket checks too, empty everything. Giving out a lot of serious write ups to staff, Letters of Instruction, get 2 of those within a year for the same thing and boom! Fired. Skipping all progressive disciplinary actions, but one Union guy (the only good one we have) has gotten quite a few dropped.

Wrote a Captain an LOI for "Failure to Perform Job Duties" when they didn't do a bed move in the morning that 'needed' to be done due to covid, they did it the next shift. Still nailed him. Didn't sign POST orders (must do every time you take a new POST or once per month) then here's your LOI. Any uniform violation? LOI. Mask not fully on? LOI.

Checking cameras to see when people get on post or leave, ect.

I've gone almost 6 years (surprisingly) without an LOI, a lot of on job trainings, but never an LOI. This might be my time. Glad I only work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when most Admin are not there. I do too much stupid sht, /rant

Picked up my Omega 9k yesterday. Took about 5.5 months, which is actually pretty impressive. I can now say that this AR9 is officially complete. I had to grind down the VFG screws so that they wouldn't block the can from going on. Thinking about shooting a couple rounds (147g subsonic) into the dirt outside to see what it sounds like.

Yep. Getting a lot of new Admin level people and all seem to be out to prove themselves as a hard ass, wondering if the have a bet on who can get the most employees caught up in BS.

How you aren't sploding some rabbits, squirrels and snakes with that thing...maybe even yotes. Don't know what you got around there. Dirt seems like a waste since ammo is now ten dollars a round

All I know is what I know and what works for me, and I make my living off it now. Better pay than a partner at a NYC law firm and much less bullsh!t. I told you my indicators before. I would be happy to share strategies but I already posted my general trading theory many times.

I am watching crude pretty closely, I think it's gonna go up, which is life-changing money if you get the trade right. API report just came out at 1 million barrel draw vs. 2.7 million barrel build estimated, and crude went up the equivalent of $60k on a single trade at 4:30 today. The real test is the EPA report tomorrow morning at 10:30. It will either confirm the API report or be completely opposite, and you will be able to make a month's or more pay in 20 minutes.

The stimulus checks get direct deposited tomorrow, which is a complete coincidence with the FOMC meeting and Jay Powell testimony. Absolutely no relation. 37% of the stimulus money will go directly into the stock market according to polls, and it is safe to assume that is dumb money i.e. meme stocks like Tesla, GameStop, AMC, CCIV and other worthless companies. Looking at playing Russell Futures, S&P, Dow, NAS, whatever is playing at the time. Also Friday is quadruple witching so it will be all over the place on Friday.

Does anyone actually shoot these subcompacts really well? My groups at 25 yards with my XL are bird shot esque. 10 yards and in I’m Gucci though and they are conceal carry guns so maybe that’s good enough. My hands are too big I can’t get a comfortable grip. I know it’s not a target or competition gun but still.

do i need to have this spacer in between the barrel and gas tube? i took off my furniture because i couldnt lock the gas tube lever key. i find that it fits much better and i can actually close the key without the spacer. i messaged Zastava to ask about it as well.

I didn't start with much, but I think you need at least a quarter mill to make some real moves, preferably a half or more. Even if you're past 25k for PDT if you aren't an accredited investor you aren't moving any real money on futures without a good bit more. Either roll the dice on some deep option bets to get there or save it up I guess. I don't remember my last losing trade, I'm pretty conservative and could be making much more, but I'm not chewing into my bankroll on a risky loss for sure. I keep very tight stops and watch them like a hawk.

I think I posted before, my buddy who just bought the $600k boat that is 13 years old, just lost a quarter mill on Beyond Meat options in less than a month. I don't even know how you do that but I had to teach him some risk management. Then he makes 38 grand in one day on friggin Microsoft

As long as you keep the original furniture then you'll be fine. Keep an eye on that lever key after firing and make sure it doesn't move. Zastava will probably tell you to reinstall because that's the factory config.


Get yourself a KNS adjustable piston for that thing and you will never want to shoot a boring AR again
