Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop a quick introduction.
I'm 40, been training for about 20 years, recently gave up on commercial gyms and built a home gym.
Coming back to training after an injury forced a 4 month layoff.
I definately need to hit up the fat to fit thread because I did get fat in those 4 months.. lol
Pic for reference on how fat I actually got, but, it is peeling off really fast so hopefully another week or 2 until I'm back in form.
