Then went to C&S bought a couple New grip bumper plates, a New hex bar and paid for a used Elliptical which I will pick up on Saturday.. All in all Good day.. LAIR is Growing..

Would like to try those machine squats, how do you like them compared to regular barbell back squats?

On my deadlift day I work up to a medium set of squats only maybe 65-70% of 1rm for 5 reps, it opens up my hips so well for deadlifts, then I can get into a much better position for heavy pulls

I haven't been posting or updating much as I've been Remodeling our home, buying New gym equipment and stuff lol.
