    Good morning my friends & you enemies that sneak your little peeks lol,ya its 2021 & almost 18 yrs on bodybuilding.com forum later i'm still at it... 18 yrs of this forum and i am still here despite all the hate and the forum quote "cliques" efforts to drive me out..

    Anyway woke 5 am to Allmax rapid cuts and sat out with a cup of coffee to watch the sun come up in beautiful mandate free, vaxx free, gun law free, Arizona.. Then it was walking with my little girl Zoe

    time for some chicken & eggs with an avacado ....



    Today is a squat day with more direct press work
    might be adding some additional leg work now that its cooling down outside. Thinking its time to bring back farmers walks ....we shall see.

    Thank you guys, I am happy getting tat 225 bench back, deads I want to push to get back over 300 but I have to go slow and be careful. Woody same I have a hernia from 2011 that I feel now and then plus the low back injury, Can't push to quickly.

    Saturday I took as as Rest day, shopped and relaxed with Crystal but then on

    Feeling good this morning, with some tightness and a minor soreness but nothing I am worried about, probably just need to get the blood flowing. Vary positive outlook today

    back and forth from deads to squats through that entire session... you're a glutton for punishment! Impressive as hell with that volume between 2 huge compound lifts. Endurance and stamina is on point!

    I just finished a session of deadlifts paired with dips and hang squats paired with chin ups. I did all sets of the first two before doing all sets of the second two. I use the same five poundages for deads and squats, so there were ten weight changes in all. Next time, I'll do the four exercises one after the other before upping the weight, except I'll start with squats. I don't think that charlievanriperā€Ž is as crazy as he sometimes seems.
    Now there are short and simple exercises which tire the body rapidly, and so save our time; and time is something of which we ought to keep strict account. These exercises are running, brandishing weights, and jumpingā€¦. Select for practice any one of these, and you will find it plain and easy. But whatever you do, come back soon from body to mind.

    No but its good sometimes to let others think so lol, Thanx buddy and thanx for stopping in.
    This kind of system stress is what fires the hormones..

    Thx Brother, It was insane and crazy and hard, I can't count how many times I tried to talk myself out of it lol. It might not have been as taxing if I did not run my Squats to a fail point first.

    Oh man that WAYGU beef is so tasty, right now Sprouts is switching thier supplier so the brand I am getting is being phased out. Normally that 14.99 per pkg but for now its 8.99 so I bought a couple pkgs, when it goes full price I'll go back to buffalo or Elk for my exotic beef lol

    Moving vary slow today so its a complete Rest day, Crystal has her deads and Squats later today so I will post her progress tonight

    Bk today was EGG pancakes ya sounds weird but I saw it on Evan Centopani's food blog and they are really good,
    I did 2 using a dozen eggs and a little more than a cup of Birch Bro Low carb Pancake mix.
