WAKE UP BENCH Press 225lb for 11 reps again WENSNDAY May 10th Woke this morning 2 a cup of mineral water a quick Bench 11 reps at 225, followed that with a Greens shake w/ Greens powder, Mornings, Spirulina, broccoli & spinach powder & other goodness, banana, frozen Strawberries, whey blend & Collagen protein. Now cooking up a solid meal
