    yesterday got a break it was 106 but Friday it was 112 and Saturday got killed with 113. Numbers are definetly rising again after the last injury, Love that I am going back over 250 again on bench. Knees are still an issue for legs and thats disappointing as I love squats

    Always impressed by the training intensity and volume in here, great stuff. Always puttin in that work! Regularity has been my nemesis the past few years. Whenever I get settled into a good groove, I'll have a little speed bump throw me into a loop and it takes months to get back at it again.

    Doing ok! bit of a rough winter, but made it through. Did one climb in January, popped positive for Covid right after then had to sit home from work for a week to quarantine. Fukking stupid because I only had a fever for a few hours the first night. Work got busy as hell, so I didn't get out much for months after.

    Finally starting to get regular climbs in now, but I haven't hit the weights more than 2-3 times this year. Nearly 10 months sober now, so i'm pretty stoked on that. Someday when sh!t slows down a little I'lll fire the journal back up, even if just to post some mountain pics.

    I haven't logged since last December. Too much life going on hah
