    Yesterday took Crystal to the mall shopping for her birthday, nice all day event

    then today I prepped and grilled one of her favorite meals



    Crystal's birthday dinner, yes it was way to hot to grill and cook outside but this is what my gal wanted and what she wants she gets...All Organic and Grassfed beef with a great organic Chimichurri sauce, Skillet sautéed Baby potato's on the grill, grilled baby peppers and jalapenos and an Organic street corn dish. The entire dish cooked outside in my Outdoor kitchen setup one of my grills.

    we shared some Prosecco and an amazing Carrot cake with Cream cheese icing for dessert ...

    Thx Bro Yes indeed The Chains are a definite Game Changer. Overhead Carries are tuff no matter the weight but yes I seem to be getting better and stronger with them, still will be a few weeks before i get to my 135 goal

    Food background , no I taught myself. in my early 20's did a stint as a short order cook and saw a desire to cook so I started, then I discovered the ladies loved to have men cook for them..

    People don't realize and neither did until after how bad the sun can be. Its just plain foolish to train, hike or just play outdoors without covering up. I even swim now in long sleeves or use a waterproof Mineral based sun screen.

    I like getting the training done first thing in the AM, but sometimes the afternoon is a nice transition from work mode to relax mode for the evening.

    Great stuff, OH carries getting up there! You'll have a plate on each side in no time!
