sucks not being able to make friends these days. I long for the 90's and earlier when people were friendly and interested in each other and wanted to talk to each other. I miss that in today's society or lack of Society.

Thank you Brother I kept the weight low for the carries as I feel it allows much more TUT creating a much higher muscle activation and recruitment. Doing over 100 lbs is impressive but the limited recruitment time is much less
I was really happy the Rep volume did not bother the knee, and Yes that 250 surprised me how easy it was. Pump would have been better if I was leaner lol...

Now to start working to 315 next week.. Dam 63 yrs old no chemical assistance just hard work rebuilding a broken body ... All you Stuck ups that don't appreciate hard work are just so vary jealous it brings me to tears laughing, please please keep on hating it is my fuel to be better & better

Box Squats at 225, 245, 255, now 275 filmed

then switched to DB Press 85x12 filmed
Low incline DB Press 85x6
