    sucks not being able to make friends these days. I long for the 90's and earlier when people were friendly and interested in each other and wanted to talk to each other. I miss that in today's society or lack of Society.

    275x1 now I am raising the box height again, Temporarily

    Killer volume on all that pressing, pump had to be ridicc

    Strong squatting, nice to smash some 225 reps. that 250 single looked smooth

    Thank you Brother I kept the weight low for the carries as I feel it allows much more TUT creating a much higher muscle activation and recruitment. Doing over 100 lbs is impressive but the limited recruitment time is much less

    I was really happy the Rep volume did not bother the knee, and Yes that 250 surprised me how easy it was. Pump would have been better if I was leaner lol...

    Today Its Tree trimming, I get to play with my New Chainsaw.

    Monster training day right there! That volume is an absolute killer! How long did that session take you?

    Squats looking solid- making that run at 315 soon....

    Functional strength is huge and it feels good to translate the training over to something else, be it yard work, climbing a mountain or something else.

    Yep theres actually a lot but I love this one as its really close. I have an app now with GPS that shows all the trails in the valley and State.
