    Today started with Coffee shake with beef bone broth Protein powder to kick up my Collagen and a scoop chocolate Whey concentrate
    Then
    307 Calories, 25 minutes, 12 miles, little slower than norm RPM avg 96
    Trying to get workouts switched to morning now that we are hitting triple digit heat
    Next up
    Legs and some mid back work.
