Today I started lifting again with a focus on incline press with Military press and CGBP and did well. No Max out work but a satisfactory session with good effort. Found I was a little weak in the left arm but that is understandable being that was the injured arm, I should be 100% by Sundays week 14 start.. Decent progress so far 190 lbs. 3 more weeks on this Macrocycle (I ran this one with 2 reload weeks). Then I make adjustments and do a 12 week Macrocycle where I will do 3 deload weeks..
