Well unsure at this point, Probably something with a huge plate of beef and for sure a decadent chocolate cake lol... This concept / program I am putting together is a 16 week bulk / strength program then I will take a rest week or to and ramp down the volume and weight before doing a Restart and chasing 315.
I am at week 12 and strength gain is obvious so far and lean weight increase is approx 13lbs, the interesting part is the first 5 weeks saw a steady bf increase then from week 6 till now its been progressively dropping back. Wake up today 5 am made a Coffee shake using Grassfed Butter, Salted Carmel Whey Isolate and a Keto Coffee creamer Salted Carmel flavor
Had some paper work to get done and some Yard work
Bk was about 1130 and was
6 Organic Pasture raised eggs (3 whole ) 1 medium Organic avacado and I added a slice of Sourdough Toast with Butter and Guacamole

Thx Brother, Be a couple days till I'm able to train again . Today I slipped and fell carrying one of my large ladders, pretty bruised up so resting.
Bruised up the left arm both knee's. Good News today found No hairline fracture just bad bruising, Swelling is starting to go down but my knee's still hurt, they should be better by next week but I am sure pressing can continue maybe even tomorrow. I will know when I wake up tomorrow if I will test the waters or not
