Hello everyone. I want to introduce myself. I am Grudgie. 34 years old. 1.68 cm and I weight now 61,9 kg.
I lift now like 5-6 years and do mostly PPL or LPP routine. But since covid-19 I can't go to the gym so I walk now daily like 15.000 - 20.000 steps. My goal this year is to lose weight and cut till like 10% bf fat.
