Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate

Hello everyone I’m was looking around the site and came across this product https://bg.bodybuilding.com/store/rs...=Rsp%20protein . It has a perfect score 10 from the reviews but I have never heard of the brand??! Has anyone tried this powder or other rsp supplements ?

Never tried that one, and I usually just go with what’s on sale assuming it’s a reputable brand(bb.com often has great sales). Dymatize has the best flavor that I’ve found, but I recently bought three 5 lb tubs of the EVL Hydo Whey(buy 2 get 1 free) and have been completely happy with them.

RSP is a fine brand, but you're wasting your money buying hydro. Unless you're lactose intolerant and need a WPI, any powdered food that fits your budget and macros and you like the taste will do. As long as it isn't collagen or collagen-based, it's fine. It's just powdered food. If you already have something you like, stick with that.

As my friend Lucia said, you don't need whey isolate unless you're lactose intolerant. Hydrolized whey may have a slight advantage over the standard whey in terms of muscle protein synthesis but its negligible IMO, it's not worth it unless money is not a problem. I do not use hydrolized wheys because I care more for my health. I consume an organic whey, it's a french brand, Nutripure, and the milk come from Austria. It's a very high quality organic whey and there is no artificial sweeteners. Not sure if Nutripure sends it to US but I'm sure you can find local organic wheys.
