20s had a lot of learning lessons. Any advice for someone who just turned 30?

Your 30s are a great time.
Up till i got addixted to drugs or i shoukd say started to see the consequences/results of being addictedbt o drugs. I loved my 30s.
Advice? Guess that depends kn what you want out if life and how you live it.
Looking back i wish i has never of taken that first pill and i wish i would have actualky tried to fibd a good woman to have a famiky with instead of wanting to go bar hopping with friebds and going out with a differrent chick every other week and wanting an arm trophy.
The downsude of life is right aroubd the corner though as fsr as age goes so enjoy your 30s, have fun, live responsable and. Keep puttibg money in your savings and ir invest.
Cant offer much more advice than that"it takes a wise man to know when he is in error and a noble man to admit to it"

I've had the same issues in my 20s. A lot of them were regrets and now I'm trying to recover what I should have done when I was in my 20s.
My advice is figure out your goals, short term or long term. Then find ways to achieve them.
Also don't worry about what people think. I've always tell my friends when they worry, "We're not in elementary/high school anymore. People you use to care about you, aren't in your life anymore, and they don't care about you. So worry about yourself and become better you."
I'm not sure if this helps but my short term goal in 2019 is to make $10k in the stock market by the end of that year.
I achieved it and there's no greater feeling than to execute your goals."Become Better You - Physically and Mentally"

It's all good man, we all do things at different times..don't get discouraged...I have friends cousins who were married with kids by like 28. Found their gfs in college and never looked back. Me however, i wanted to enjoy life. So even by 29-30 i still wasn't interested in settling down. I was still going out with friends, having fun, bar hopping until about 32-33. I didn't find my wife until i was 35.

[31] Complete beginner - Too late for me to start size training?
From 26-30 I did 5x5 Stronglifts. I would progress and get some decent numbers but then I would plateau. I didn't sleep or eat well so I can see why. After a couple of weeks of training I would basically give up and then some time later I would start again only to do the whole cycle all over again. I have also been generally unfit, stopped playing sports in my late teens and now I generally always feel tired. I have started running but is the damage to my CV system permanent from the inactivity?
Now I am kicking myself for not getting serious earlier. I am of a decent frame, about 5 9. My aim is to actually increase body strength but also fill out a little bit. I understand that I won't become a bodybuilder but at this age what can I expect?
Thanks!
