    First of all- motivation 3 should have nothing to do with 1 or 2. Secondly - 8 percent bodyfat with solid muscle tone at even 175lbs takes a ton of hard work and dedication. Putting a time estimate on achieving that goal all depends on YOU. This also depends on how big you want to be at 8%. 160lbs?

    Getting to and maintaining 8% is very hard.

    Also, getting a job should be goal 1 and everything else comes after. What does body fat matter if you cannot support yourself. You need to rethink priorities; also, body fat has very little to do with getting a girlfriend, personality will be a much larger factor.

    This isn't a thing with a fixed timeline.

    Also, 8% is incredibly low. The vast majority of people will never get that lean, and the vast majority of those who do get there will realize it's not sustainable.

    Plus, you're 160 at 20-ish percent. I'd recommend getting on a solid novice program and building a muscular base before you try to get shredded, or you'll just look like a twig tbh.

    And no way is it going to happen quickly. Probably put that thought out of your head.

    You don't know how much you weigh? A 10 pound spread is a pretty big variable.

    A goal that 99.9999% of people will never achieve, and one that virtually no one ever stays at for long when they do.

    TDEE: 3,400 calories
    At your height and weight, unless you are pretty active that is probably more than your actual "TDEE".

    Your "Goal" is pretty unreasonable and even if you are correct about your BF percentage (big IF), and lost absolutely no lean mass while dieting (basically impossible) than you would have to drop down to 147 pounds to get close to the 8% range.

    I have a low bf for a female and it’s not that hard to maintain. It’s around 13-14% which I am not sure how comparable it is to 8% as a male

    Yeah everything I've heard from bodybuilders who I actually trust on their bodyfat percentages is that once you dip below 10% for a sustained period of time (on the order of weeks, not even months), you take a significant hit to things like energy, mood, sleep patterns, etc.

    Wow, this kind of behaviour isn't tolerated around here. If you're not just a troll (which seems unlikely at this point):

    The maximum level of weight loss that can usually be achieved without muscle loss is 1% of bodyweight per week. If you're losing weight that fast you're not likely to build any muscle. Going with the middle of your weight range and bodyfat ranges, you would need to get down to around 65kg to be 8% body fat. This would take 14 weeks at 1% per week and would be very difficult. You're going to be hungry with low energy levels and you will want to quit - the leaner you get the worse you will feel (once you start getting under 12% or so). You would also need to be resistance training and eating enough protein or you'd lose muscle too and have to get to an even lower weight which would take longer still.

    Also, if you choose to bulk from 8%, odds are your gains will not be very lean. A much more sensible approach would be going for 12-15% with your first cut and doing it a bit slower - say 0.75% of bodyweight per week.

    & I think it's a bit different for women in terms of keeping your hormones normal. 13-14% for a women isn't =/= sub-10% for a male when it comes to hormonal function. IIRC,there's also a much wider variability when it comes to women and how lean they can maintain.

    you'll lose some muscle on that big of a deficit, so no. otherwise everyone would be running huge deficits to drop from 16% to 10% in two weeks
