The natty limit is much higher than that. This is what many with average genetics and train smart and eat well achieve in 3 to 5 years of training. Still a muscluar, lean, fit, beach body that is healthy. If that person truly used anavar and other PEDs then not so healthy. In fact Zyzz and the average person on PEDs has naturally achievable strength and a naturally achievable physique. Some of Zyzz's first cycles he looked like a normal guy reaching puebrty first getting muscle yet he used drugs. Simply because he was a major ectomorph and very skinny and didn't train smart or long enough which would have been at least a decade or two of training the right way for what he could have achieved naturally

I genuinely think you should train natty for a long time and building good habits (diet and training) before going on anything. Anything earlier than 25 you haven't put in the time. More realistically for most 30+ is when you should consider it. Otherwise, you likely haven't lifted long enough and taken it seriously enough.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

ITT: OP has good genetics and doesn't realize the average joe will never be able to bench 405 or deadlift 500 for 20 reps

If your diet, workout routine, and sleep is on point there is absolutely zero reason you should use gear before the age of 40. There are so many natural supplements, training techniques, and sleep aids you can use to help you reach your potential. Like someone else said above, it's all about forming good habits...acclimate yourself to eating clean, training dirty, not stressing out, and sleeping like a baby, and you will see your potential. It's a lifestyle change to say the least. And it's not easy...noone does it...that's why 90 percent of men are skinny fat...but with the right will, dedication, and drive...you WILL see your body transform. Mind over body..it starts in the mind.

The right protein power is enough to get your protein in if you are in a rush and a bad cook. Creatine you get from food or if you are a bad cook but better yet use anabolics. Jack3d or pre workout better to use coffee or any cheap stimulant but either way don't waste money. Otherwise other supplements not recommended by a doctor you are better yet sucking off a horse
Fool I took a bodyfat test in an actual machine not caliper. It was 19.6% when for most of the video until the end when it was between 17 and 18ish percent
With a deadlift build and elite deadlift strength genetics and a great coach this is doable naturally a 500lb x 20 reps deadlift. As far as Doug Miller's physique he is more than 50 percent likely a fake natty with elite genetics.
You said it. I lived it. I didn't think it was possible but until you do something for so long and actually grow and learn along the way anything you choose can be done.
This is true. Brb mortality creeping in and rearing it's ugly head.
Forever mirin brah. U mad? OP is a unit. And on the serious note thank you.

You are not a fool. You speak the truth and knowledge.
I was not obese in the video. I was not shredded but I was not even fat. My body composition was borderline fat as my bodyfat percentage was slightly below 20% I took a legitimate non caliper machine test to prove it and have evidence. And the taller you are the less obese 250lbs is actually the skinnier 250lbs is.
You said it. Thank you. Bless up.My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tobi_alder_strength_coach/

Finally found the misc. section... I saw some of your posts in other sections over the last few weeks.
Strong as hell bro. You do any powerlifting comps?
Everybody is going to have a different limit or different body/lifts really depending on genetics.
I've been to within probably about 10% of mine but was only a little over 170 at 6ft.. Still, was proud of the progress and having a back that even some natty bodybuilders might trade for.
I'm not going to get into the bodyfat debate just going to say it's my opinion you are probably higher than you think. No point in cutting down though if powerlifting is your thing, it doesn't look like you have the best insertions for bodybuilding type body.Last edited by ezra76; 02-01-2021 at 11:35 AM.

I'll add that when I was much younger I spent a couple years somewhere where I saw quite a few genetic freaks who were definitely natty and had been lifting 10-15yrs..
Best raw bench I saw was 505 and squat 700 belted and wrapped. Most impressive was a 315 incline from an asian dude who was 5'2" 135 with 17inch arms at about 9% bodyfat. A lot easier to get the calories when you are 5'2" lol.

If truly natural which is likely well done. That can be done with proper training, proper nutrition, the right genetics and training long enough.
Appreciate it bud. Even if I get shredded I will prove a point. There will always be people who will say steroids or black even if I do get shredded or say not impressive. After all this is the internet or even outside the internet there will be people to discredit and some who will credit.
I did a few powerlifting competitions, a strongman competition, and a grip sport competition. Strongman I took 3rd. Powerlifting my best numbers were a 560lb Squat no wraps no sleeves atg, 402lb Bench Press done in a bench only meet, 705lb Conventional Deadlift. All different meets. Highest total was 1620lbs no wraps in a full meet. But that was done during that video. Grip sport I didn't place but I took first in some events and got close to some world records.
I saw my fair share of freaks since middle school and the football weight room and every gym I was in and the internet. I have good genetics but there are many people who are legitimate freaks and more will come as the years go by. To also dismiss my physique you are delusional and out of your mind. I may not be that lean in bodyfat but to say I don't have that much muscle or that proportional that is not true. Also if you saw the video you would see I am pretty lean though not shredded and jacked and proportional physique and natural. I was even leaner than I was here but I was lighter and weaker and was close to shredded. I was stronger than the common aesthetic guy on drugs but not stronger than the elite powerlifter or strongman.
Thank you. You are very right for the worst part. You have to be one in a billion. However with the rate of human potential over the years who knows what the future will bring. There are true freaks some without even the camera or exposure or even work out or chose the right activity. No telling what a human can do if they chose the right activity and did it relentlessly for a long time.
Appreciate it man. As far as an aesthetic Tobi we will see where the future holds and that would be sick. But I rather be as strong as humanely possible first. Also without being too fat to do it though I can be a little fat.
Thank you. Will lean up in the future. In due timeMy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tobi_alder_strength_coach/
